Ipolitas NekrosiusProfessor Ipolitas Nekrosius, Doctor of Social Sciences, was the head of the Department of Labour Law of the faculty of Law at Vilnius University in the period of 1975-2006. Professor I. Nekrosius has published over 100 scientific publication. In 1991-2002, he was head of the working group when he was preparing the draft of the Labour Code of the Republic of Lithuania. Professor I. Nekrosius is the author of the textbook on the Lithuanian social care system, the co-author of textbooks on Lithuanian labour law, and the co-author of the Commentary on the Labour Code of the Republic of Lithuania. Prof. I. Nekrosius is the executive editor of the scientific journalTeisë ('Law'). Vida Petrylaitè, lecturer of the Department of Private Law of the Faculty of Law at Vilnius University, started her doctoral studies in 2007. Since then she has done research in the sphere of Lithuanian and international social security. In the period of 2003-2006, Vida Petrylaitè worked in the Ministry of Social Security and Labour. In 2008 she became the director of the public institution Vilnius University Legal Clinic, where she also supervises the law students' vocational training.
