Isabel CarterISABEL CARTER Isabel started practising yoga regularly 30 years ago and has been teaching Dru Yoga and meditation full-time for over 20 years. She has also been teaching others to be Dru Yoga teachers since 2006. In 2016, Isabel was diagnosed with a erious autoimmune disease; but with the aid of Dru Yoga and an Ayurvedic practitioner she got herself off all medication and is now completely cleared of the illness. It is her desire to share the practical and effective tools of Dru Yoga with the world! When she's not involved in something to do with teaching or learning more about Dru Yoga (which isn't very often!) she can be found getting out in nature, walking her dogs, or enjoying some creative time.
