Iza GigauriDr. Prof Iza Gigaur is a Full Professor and Head of the Administrative Sciences Research Center, School of Business and Administrative Studies, The University of Georgia. She holds a PhD in Business Administration (Summa Cum Laude) from Tbilisi StateUniversity (Georgia); an MBA from BSN-Business School Netherlands (Netherlands); an MBA (highest honor) from American University for Humanities Tbilisi Campus (Georgia). She is a graduate of Ilia State University (highest honor; Georgia) and Ruhr-University Bochum (highest honor; Germany). She has more than 12 years of experience in higher education. Her research interests include CSR, marketing, sustainability, entrepreneurship, HRM, leadership, and digitalization. She has published over 100 publications in the form of articles, books, book chapters, and contributions to proceedings. She is a scientific committee member and keynote speaker at international conferences, a guest editor, an editorial board member, and reviewer for leading international journals and publishers.
