J.E. FloodJ.E. Flood is Emeritus Professor of Electrical Engineering at the University of Aston, Birmingham, UK. He joined the university after 20 years in the telecommunications industry/during which time he held a variety of positions including that of ChiefEngineer of the Advanced Development Laboratories of the Telecommunications Division of Associated Electrical Industries Ltd.
