Jack Campanella Jack Campanella is a member of the Corporate Quality and Reliability staff at Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. With over 40 years experience in the quality field, he has presented and published numerous papers and articles on various quality-relatd subjects. Campanella has had two books published including the best-selling and authoritative second edition of Principles of Quality Costs (Quality Press, 1990) and has contributed to several others. An ASQ Fellow, Campanella is Chairman of the Advisory Committee for Quality Engineering Journal and is a past Chairman of ASQ's Quality Management Division, Quality Costs Committee, and ASQ's Long Island Section. Campanella is the recipient of the Long Island Section's highest honor, the McGrady-Seifer Award.
