Jackie KingonJackie Kingon is a teacher, writer, and artist. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, a Master of Arts degree from Columbia University Teachers College in New York City and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from he School of Visual Arts in New York City. She wrote a feature piece for the Education Section of The New York Times about her experiences teaching in an inner-city school in the south Bronx, NY called A Year in the Trenches, and a piece called Beautiful Music, about her son who has autism and is now a professional pianist with the Alvin Ailey Dance Company in New York City. Guardbridge Press in St. Andrews, Scotland published her second book, Sherlock Mars. It follows with many of the same characters as her first, book, Chocolate Chocolate Moons. Each is a stand-alone novel.
