Jacqueline de RomillyJacqueline de Romilly (1913-2010) held the Chair of "Greece and the development of moral and political thought" at College de France and was the first woman to teach there (1973). She later became the first woman elected to the Academie des inscriptins et belles lettres (1975 ).
