James Burk

James E. Burk has been in the private practice of law for over thirty-five years helping emerging companies in their initial and subsequent stages of organization and growth. He also assists both domestic and international clients with business maters relating to corporate issues, venture capital financing, nonprofit, tax, securities, and franchise law. He lectures nationally on numerous entrepreneurial legal topics.

Mr. Burk is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin Law School and is a member of the bars of the District of Columbia and Texas.
