James HogrefeJames Hogrefe has served with One Mission Society for 25 years, beginning in Russia and most recently as an itinerant missionary to India. His earlier training as an industrial engineer and management consultant prepared him to perform a critical anaysis of training processes and then to develop training manuals and practices that have proven effective for church planting in dozens of countries around the world.
