James K. ArchibaldJames K. Archibald is a litigation partner in the Baltimore and Washington, D.C., offices of Venable LLP where he has maintained a varied litigation practice for many years. Mr. Archibald is a former president of the Maryland Association of Defense Tial Counsel and is active in the Litigation Section of the ABA, the Defense Research Institute, and the International Association of Defense Counsel. He is also the co-author of Pleading Causes of Action in Maryland. He has written numerous articles on litigation issues and has lectured widely on litigation topics and techniques.
