Kristin Neff and Christopher Germer.She is a certified Mindful Self-Compassion teacher, an MSC for Teens teacher, and the lead teacher trainer for the MSC-CC program. She is the author of the Mindfulness and Self-Compassion Workbook for Kids, Volumes 1 and 2, and the creator of the Path to Resilience course and The Path to Resilience Photo Book.Multiple research studies have examined her programs, demonstrating decreases in child anxiety and parenting stress and increases in parent and child well-being.She has years of experience as an elementary school educator and teaches mindfulness and self-compassion programs to children in schools.
