Jan Naylor CopeJan Naylor Cope is provost of Washington National Cathedral where she oversees the development department and works closely with the dean and the cathedral's leadership on its strategic vision, ministry, and mission. Prior to ordained ministry, she srved on the senior staff in the White House and as president of her executive search firm. Jan serves as an officer of the Compass Rose Society, an international outreach organization supporting the Archbishop of Canterbury and the Anglican Communion. She is an adjunct professor of preaching at Wesley Theological Seminary and editor of Reconciliation, Healing, and Hope: Sermons from Washington National Cathedral.
