Jaro Stacul obtained a Ph.D in Social Anthropology from the University of Cambridge. He has been a Lecturer in Anthropology at the University of Wales Swansea, and currently is Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Anthropoloy at Memorial University of Newfoundland, Canada.
