Jason Ryan DomarkJason Domark is a commercial litigator who practices in Cozen O'Connor's Miami office. Jason focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on fiduciary litigation, international litigation, and real estate related litigation Jason frequently litigates fiduciary duty issues for corporations, partnerships, trusts, professionals, and other entities and individuals. Jason has also created and managed litigation strategies for multinational corporations and individuals in disputes around the world. Jason serves on the Board of Directors for the Estate Planning Council of Greater Miami and for the Everglades Law Center.
