Jason Schubert

Jason Schubert grew up two hours west of Chicago in Pecatonica, Illinois. He earned a degree in human resource management with a minor in psychology from Northern Illinois University and has dedicated much of his career to leadership and talent deelopment around the world.

Through his experiences, Jason has helped individuals and teams grow both personally and professionally. His background in coaching, facilitation, and human connection brings a deep understanding of people-their motivations, vulnerabilities, and quiet strengths-to his writing.

In 2025, he began transforming his love of storytelling into a larger creative pursuit. Seasons of Intimacy is his debut novel: a slow-burn love story about second chances and the kind of connection that grows not from grand gestures, but from presence, patience, and trust.

Jason continues to write, consult, and explore the ways we connect-with each other and with ourselves.
