Jatin PandeyJatin Pandey is currently Assistant Professor in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management area, IIM Indore. He is a Fellow of IIM Ahmedabad. Prior to this, he has served at IIM Kozhikode as an Assistant Professor. He wasawarded the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) by University Grants Commission, Government of India, and has been awarded the Best Thesis by IIM Ahmedabad for his doctoral work. His research interests focus on Indian management thought, management for rural and difficult geographies, job performance and emotions at workplace. He is a life member of All India Management Association and Academy of Human Resource Development. His articles have appeared in journals such as Psychology of Religion and Spirituality, Journal of Management Spirituality and Religion, Business and Society, Health Policy and Planning, International Journal of Knowledge Management, Indian Journal of Industrial Relations, South Asian Journal of Management and International Journal of Work Organization and Emotion, to name a few.
