A graduate of Guilford College, Duke Divinity School, and Duke University, Jay has served as a pastoral minister, administrator, and educator. In recent years he ha devoted significant time to understanding leadership among the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers), particularly as a response to God's call. Within those roles he especially enjoys helping individuals identify and pursue their path to ministry, however unconventional it may be.
