Jeff WebbJeff Webb, began studying wing chun / ving tsun in 1985 and is a former private student of Grandmaster Leung Ting. During his time in Europe, he also trained under Grandmaster Keith Kernspecht and with numerous masters of the EWTO. Upon his dischargefrom the military in 1996, Mr. Webb returned to Texas and began teaching the art professionally. In 2005, Mr. Webb was conferred the rank of master by his teacher during a formal grading ceremony in Hong Kong. Later he went on to found the National Ving Tsun Organization in 2007 and continues to operate two professional schools in Austin, Texas.
