Jeffrey D. Burson

Jeffrey D. Burson is professor of French history at Georgia Southern University. He is the author and editor of a number of books, including The Rise and Fall of Theological Enlightenment: Jean-Martin de Prades and Ideological Polarization in Eghteenth-Century France (2010), and Enlightenment and Catholicism in Europe: A Transnational History, co-edited with Ulrich L. Lehner (2014), both published by the University of Notre Dame Press.
