Jian Ming Luo Dr Jian Ming LUO, D.htm (The Hong Kong Polytechnic University), Msc (The Hong Kong Polytechnic University), MBA (Murdoch University), BEng (Shantou University), is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of International Tourism and Management at City niversity of Macau. He has extensive international and multinational tourism working experience in China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Canada.
