Joan RudelJoan Rudel is a retired tenured professor who has written and published many peer-reviewed articles in her field of Curriculum and Motivation. She also completed and assembled Assessment of Developmental Learning Disorders (Basic Books,1988), a book her mother, Dr. Rita G. Rudel, began months before her death. Many of her poems and essays have been published in literary journals, including South Carolina Review, The MacGuffin, Calyx, The Texas Review, and North Dakota Quarterly.
