Joan ShinDr. Joan Kang Shin is a Professor of Education at George Mason University and the Director of the Global Online Teacher Education Center (GOTEC). In 2016, Dr. Shin was named one of the 30 Up and Coming Leaders of TESOL by TESOL International Associaion.
