Joanne L. WegnerJoanne L. Wegner is a Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Victoria, Canada. Her research interests include wave propation in elastic and viscoelastic materials with applications to the dynamic behavior of polymers and elastomericmaterials and earthquake engineering.
