Jocelyn HollanderDr. Jocelyn Hollander is Professor of Sociology at the University of Oregon. For the past 20 years, her research has focused on the effectiveness of empowerment self-defense training for preventing gender-based violence, as well as its potential to epower women and challenge inequalities.
