John DeLucaJohn DeLuca, Ph.D. is the Director of Neuroscience Research at the Kessler Medical Rehabilitation Research and Education Corporation (KMRREC), a Professor in the Departments of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), and Neurosciences at Universit of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey-New Jersey Medical School (UMDNJ-NJMS), and a licensed psychologist in the States of New Jersey and New York. Dr. DeLuca devotes 100% of his time to research, directing the Neuropsychology and Neuroscience Laboratory at KMRREC. He is currently studying disorders of memory and information processing in a variety of clinical populations including: Multiple Sclerosis, aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Huntington's Disease, and TBI. Dr. DeLuca has published over 130 articles, abstracts and chapters in these areas. He served as the editor for the special issue of the Journal of Neurorehabilitation on multiple sclerosis. Dr. DeLuca is listed in Who is Who in Science and Engineering, 1994-1995. Dr. DeLuca is the recipient of early career awards for his research from both the American Psychological Association and the National Academy of Neuropsychology. He is the Chairman of the Ph.D. Postdoctoral Fellowship Committee in the Department of PM&R at UMDNJ-NJMS and directs the post-doctoral fellowship program in Neuropsychology in the Department. Dr. DeLuca served on the National Task Force for Education, Credentialing, and Accreditation in Clinical Neuropsychologyfor the American Psychological Association.
