John DickhoutAfter several years as a franchisee for Grand & Toy, John Dickhout developed a passion for training, leadership, and customer care, working in the Contact Centre space from 1999-2013, where he held directorial positions overseeing training and qualit, and organizational development across North America and the Philippines. Heart failure led to John being listed for a heart transplant in November 2015, at which time he penned a post-transplant goals/to-do list which included, among other things, to get an agent, and act professionally. On January 25, 2016, John received his gift of life-when he also became the caretaker of Adam's heart-and on October 6, 2017 he took a big step to keeping that to-do list promise when he signed on with Newton-Landry Management in Toronto. Since then, John has appeared on stages across Canada and had principal roles on several TV series, including Fear Thy Neighbor, See No Evil, Disasters at Sea, Bizarre Murders, The Dictator's Playbook, Untold Stories of the ER, and Hotel Paranormal.
