John Hodgson
John Hodgson (1779-1845) was a Clerk and Perpetual Curate of Jarrow with Heworth. He was known for his meticulous research and documentation of historical records, particularly related to Northumberland. Hodgson's work as an antiquarian and historan contributed significantly to preserving and understanding the history of the region.
