John R. Bennett Jr.John R. Bennett (D.P.A.) is marketing communication manager at the Jekyll Island Authority. He previously served as executive director of Bike Walk Savannah (formerly the Savannah Bicycle Campaign), a nonprofit organization he cofounded in 2007. He taches in the Master of Public Administration and Organizational Leadership programs at Valdosta State University. He writes a column on bicycling, transportation, and urban planning for Connect Savannah, a weekly newspaper.
