John Thomas MaxwellChef John Maxwell was born in the village of Buzzards Bay, in the town of Bourne, Massachusets. He is a veteran, having served as a US Navy Hospital Corpsman with the 2nd Marine Airwing. Following his service, he traveled, first hitchhiking from Virgnia to California, and then Europe. John met and married his wife, Judith, an artist working in watercolor and acrylic media. He received his bachelor's degree in education from Virginia Commonwealth University and his Master's degree in Business Management from Strayer University. John earned distinction as a Certified Executive Chef and was inducted into the American Academy of Chefs (AAC).
