John W. Stamper
John W. Stamper (1950–2022) served for thirty-eight years on the faculty of the School of Architecture at the University of Notre Dame. He was the author of Chicago’s North Michigan Avenue: Planning and Development, 1900–1930 and The Arcitecture of Roman Temples: The Republic to the Middle Empire.
