Jon R MillerJon R. Miller is Professor Emeritus of Economics in the College of Business and Economics at the University of Idaho, where he taught for the last 28 years of a 43 year teaching career. While Professor Miller was and active and widely-published reseacher in his career, his true love was teaching, especially the introductory economics course. He holds a BA degree from Pacific Lutheran University, and A.M. and PhD degrees from Washington University in St. Louis, all in economics. He received the First Interstate Bank Student Excellence Award for Teaching in the College of Business and Economics and was a University of Idaho Alumni Award for Excellence recipient three times.
