He was previously Deputy Competent Authority for International Taxation at General Directorate fo Taxation in the Ministry of Finance of Spain. He obtained Dual Degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE), studied at the Université Catholique de Louvain (Belgium) under an exchange programme and obtained a Major in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics (Sweden).
