JORGE GUZMANJorge Guzman was in Santiago, Chile, in 1930. He studied Castilian Pedagogy at the University of Chile, and received a doctorate in Romance Philology at the University of Iowa. In 1968, he published his first novel, JOB BOJ and won second plac in a novel contest organized by the Editorial Seix Barral.
