Jose AzarJoze Azar, MD, is the Chief Quality and Safety Officer at the IU Health Academic Health Center as well as the co-founder and Chief Engagement Officer at the Center for Health Innovation and Implementation Science. He is also a practicing Hematlogist/Oncologist at the IU Health Simon Cancer Center.
