As a traffic crash reconstructionist, he investigated serious injury and fatal crashs, providing critical insights that often led to expert testimony in various areas including vehicle speed determination, drug and alcohol impaired driving, and standardized field sobriety testing. For over a decade, Joe has run the Southeastern Driver Training Center and has developed a defensive driving curriculum that has spread throughout the country.
