Joseph CaffieroJoseph Caffiero, the author, is a former elementary school teacher. He also taught Tai Chi to students from kindergarten age to senior citizens. He has a Black Belt in Aikido and likes to dance, camp and go on nature walks. Joseph has been trained inmeditation techniques and in the bodywork modalities of Trager, Zero Balancing and Wholistic Massage. He is involved in "polishing his personal crystal" by taking classes about metaphysics and participating in an on-going Study Group discussing topics on spirituality. Joseph is a new grandfather.
