Joseph Mark ScaliaJoseph Mark Scalia received his Bachelors and Masters degrees in History from Louisiana Tech University. In addition to Germany’s Last Mission to Japan, Scalia has authored several articles for historical journals, and is currently working on an accunt of the Confederate cruiser CSS Stonewall.
