As a wife, mother, and care worker, she was living the most fulfilling chapter of her life-until unimaginable tragedy struck.During the catastrophic 2019-2020 Black Summer Bushfires, Josie lost not only their bush property, but also her beloved husband, who died tragically trying to protect their home. Left to raise their only child alone, she faced profound grief and mental struggle.
