Joy Marie HallareJoy was born and raised in Qatar. She and her family moved to United States in 2003 and became US citizens in 2007. She received her achievements: Associates from College of Sequoias, Bachelor of Fine Arts from California State University, Fresno, boh in graphic design, and recently, a certificate in Computer Aided Drafting and Design from Fresno City College.
