Juan Bataller Grau

Prof. Dr Juan Bataller Grau is doctor of the University of Valencia where he obtained the extraordinary prize for degree in Law and the extraordinary prize for doctorate in Law. He is currently a full-time professor of commercial law in the Facult of Business Administration at the Polytechnic University of Valencia. His research works include diverse areas of commercial law, especially insurance and corporation law. His dedication to the insurance sector has lead him to produce a variety of national and international scientific publications, including such essays as The Duty to Declare the Risk, Claims Liquidation in Property Insurance and Multiple. He has also coordinated and authored the following collective works: The Insurance Contract in the Jurisprudence of the Supreme Court, Comments to the Insurance Contract Law, Comments to the Mediation Law of Private Insurance and Reinsurance and Insurance Supervisión Law (Solvency II).
