Julia Tischler
Julia Tischler is an associate professor of African History and co-director of the Center for African Studies at the University of Basel, Switzerland. Her first monograph, Light and Power for a Multiracial Nation (Palgave Macmillan, 2013), dealt with the history of the Kariba Dam on the border between Zambia and Zimbabwe.
