Mr. Wear graduated, magna cum laude, from the University of the South in Sewanee, Nashville (B.A. 2001) and, summa cum laude, fom the University of Tennessee College of Law (J.D. 2004). He currently serves as the Chair of his firm’s Surety & Fidelity Practice Group.
