K a LeighK.A. (Kristin) Leigh holds both a Masters and Bachelor's degree in Accounting, but has a unique way of connecting with people through storytelling. A former auditor of 10 years, Kristin learned the importance of building trust and relationship with pople and always takes the time to see all sides of a story. Kristin transitioned into HR and Recruiting because of her love for people, where building character and emotional intelligence became her passion.
