Kaisa HuhtaKaisa Huhta is a researcher in international and European energy law at the University of Eastern Finland (UEF) Law School - Centre for Climate Change, Energy and Environmental Law (CCEEL) and a lecturer in European Union (EU) energy law. She as also been a visiting researcher in the Institute of European and Comparative Law at the University of Oxford, UK.
