Kaitlyn Doht

Kaitlyn Bianca Doht is a mother, writer, and woman in long-term recovery who has walked through the darkest valleys of addiction, incarceration, and heartbreak-and come out the other side with purpose, love, and a passion for helping others do thesame. Her story is one of resilience, redemption, and reconnection.

Kaitlyn finds peace in helping others in need and is currently pursuing certification to become a Certified Recovery Support Specialist. She writes from lived experience, offering honesty, compassion, and hope to women, mothers, and couples rebuilding after addiction.

She is the proud mother of a ten-year-old daughter and is expecting her son in August 2025. Her love for Matt-the father of her son and the man who has stood with her through every storm-is the heartbeat behind Us After the Storm. Their journey together is proof that with truth, time, and healing, love can survive-even thrive-after the chaos.
