Kalpani Y. Perera

Kalpani Y. Perera is a final year PhD researcher at the School of Food Science and Environmental Health, Technological University Dublin (TU Dublin)—City Campus, Ireland. She is working on developing innovative and sustainable food packaging solutons. Her research focuses on designing intelligent “BioNanoPacks” that can enhance the safety and quality of food products. As an early-stage researcher, Kalpani has authored over 10 publications, including book chapters, journal articles, and review articles. Her scholarly contributions have been widely recognized and acknowledged by the scientific community. She has presented her research findings at several international conferences and has received numerous awards for her research excellence.
