Kaly Quarles studied interior design and worked in architecture before finding her way to illustration. She swoons over historic shopfronts, stationery, and vintage ephemera, and her pulse always quickens at the thought of secret assageways. When she's not drawing with a cat in her lap, she’s hunting for obscure antiques, rock climbing, or hosting a one-woman pastry-eating contest. She lives in Salt Lake City, Utah, with one handsome fella and four rascally cats.
