Kamal Kant Kamal Kant currently lectures in Management and Career-related courses at the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He has previously lectured on Management and Organisational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Human Relationships inthe Workplace and career-related programs and workshops for other tertiary institutions in Singapore including Singapore Management University (SMU), Singapore Institute of Management (SIM), and the Singapore campuses of James Cook University, Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) and University of Buffalo (State University of New York). He also facilitates corporate workshops, seminars and retreats. His articles have been widely published in the print and digital media. He has also hosted a series of regular weekly radio programme on careers. Prior to his career in conducting workshops and lecturing, he spent more than 25 years in executive and managerial appointments in operations and administration with several organisations including the Economic Development Board and the Public Utilities Board.
