Kamiel MortelmansK.J.M. MORTELMANS is one of the directors of the Europa Institute, Utrecht. He is Professor of Economic and European Law at the University of Utrecht. Formerly he was a Lecturer in European Law and Senior Lecturer in Economic and European Law at the uropa Institute of the University of Leyden and Legal Secretary to the President of the European Court of Justice.
