Kaoutar AboudiDr. Kaoutar Aboudi is a substitute lecturer in the Department of Chemical Engineering and Food Technology at the University of Cádiz (Spain), where she is a senior researcher in the Applied Bioprocess Engineering research group. Her central research reas include biomass to bioenergy and value-added product recovery through anaerobic digestion and fermentation processes. She has been working on technologies related to biohythane production for 15 years. Dr. Aboudi has co-edited 2 full books and has co-authored 12 book chapters and 20 peer-reviewed papers published in recognized journals. She has participated in over 19 international conferences worldwide and has been a member of several research projects related to biomass valorization. She previously completed postdoctoral research at the IMDEA-Energy Institute in Madrid (Spain) and international internships at Delft University of Technology (the Netherlands) and the New University of Lisbon (Portugal).
